90k service

My 90k service is due and the dealer is charging $1,300. I really don't want to spend that much on service does anybody know a good shop that could do it for less in the Atlanta Georgia area? Also can somebody tell me where I can find out what all is included in the service. I don't have a manual. I have a 98 boxster 2.5

You could probably do quite a bit of the service yourself and just have them do the major stuff. Definitely see if the shop will allow you to buy the parts elsewhere and bring them in...that will save $ right there in most cases.

Boxster Maintenance Schedule

Halfway down the page...post by Insite .... lists Atl and surrounding area shops.

Find your local mechanic/porsche specialist

I use Roock AutoSport who did my 3.4 conversion.
