Do the '97 models display the outside temp?

Another sensorless November 1996.

I should add, for the UK people. If their cars do not have A/C then they don't have the sensor, no matter what year.

A/C is standard in the US but for some reason pre-January 1997 US cars don't have the sensor unless the car has the OBC option.

Thanks Tool Pants, so let me ask you, is it possible to add the sensor? I know you said you retro fitted one. How is that working out, and do you have any instructions how I might be able to do this?

You first need to determine if there are 2 unused pins/wires going to the instrument cluster in the white 21 pin connector next to the brake booster.
