problem solved.

I would never recommend parking in two spaces...now your asking for trouble.

I always look for end-spots...hug the curb to keep as far away from the only car that could park next to you...on the right-side if possible...the thought process here is that the next car is most likely not going to have a passanger...least chance of a door-ding.
