Limited slip diff on a 07 Boxster S on the Monterey Bay?

Anyone have a limited slip diff installed on their Boxster, or S model? Some commentators say it was not installed on the Boxsters because it would bring the performance of the Box up to the 911.

Anyone know where on the Monterey Bay (or San Jose) I can have one installed? And any suggestions on manufacturer?

Thanks,
Michael

apparently there are two different transmission possibilities in your car. there is a diff available for one, but not the other. check over at caymanclub.net. they did a group buy on one awhile back; a lot of guys can answer your questions there since you would have the same tranny options in your 987.

Larry Smith from Capitola/Santa Cruz aka Monster Boxster has one in his 986. He also has a 3.4 engine transplant. He and his wife autocross at the Marina and drive Laguna Seca. It was put in at Tim Benson's shop in Santa Cruz.

I am not up on the 987/Cayman but there is something out there.
