That's what I have on my car, 18x8 in front and 18x10 in the rear. No wheel spacers. But you could still add them. The rear would stick out further than the fenders. If you use the 18x10 in the rear you will need to change your rear tires. But the stock tires will fit also, just will not cover the width as good as a wider tire would. I think I have 285/30/18 in the rear. At first the stock 265/30/18 that I had were on, but there was a 2mm lip that was hanging off the rim. Stock tires are not wide enough. Hope this helps.
