What about the BI-TURBO?

Gamballa makes a Bi-Turbo or Twin turbo for our 2.7 L. It's not cheap but very powerful. I would still go with a Supercharger for a V6 car though. Turbos are great, but I think they work better on 4-Cyl engines. It's all about the compression ratios.

That Gemballa Bi-Turbo setup looks great but I've heard that Turbos generate a lot more heat than Super Chargers. I've heard that the Boxster engine is more prone to blowup from a Turbo than a S/C. I don't know if this is true or not. So I'd defintely want to do some research before going the turbo route.

Yes. Your right. That's why I said the S.C. would be better for our V6 cars. It's all about compresion ratios. Turbos seem to work better for 4-Cyl. engines. Like the Dodge SRT-4, VW GOLF, SUBARU IMPREZA, etc...they are all 4-Cyl.
