Yes.. yearly street cleaning.
You would be amazed how much gravel and crap is all over the roads by spring. Especially on residential roads that aren't heavily trafficked.
Many won't bring their cars (other than daily) out until the salt has been cleared. Personally I'll take mine out if it's rained throughly and wash the salt away
