Any specific issues? Is 45,000 just before a major service - its coming from a dealer, so if the service interval is 9000 I'd expect them to cover that.

Car is due for service at 45K. Not a major service but expensive none the less. Service interval on a Box is every 15K. 60K is a major service ($1000+) at the dealer.
