Just bought a 2000 boxster tiptronic 2.7l and have enjoyed every minute. It drives like a dream however it appears that the rms is leaking. I am not a mechanic by any stretch, but would like to " get to know my car". Is this project for a pro or can I get through it on my own? My mechanic is looking for 3000 + and who knows what else he will encounter. Also, if it is something I can tackle, is there a list of tools that I will need? I would probably do the ims at the same time.
