Pull all the ignition coils and sparkplugs out, disable the fuel pump so it isnt pushing fuel into the cyclindars while you do this. Then screw in the compression tester hose into one of the sparkplug fittings on the head. Then have someone sit in the drivers seat, Hold the accelerator down all the way while they crank the engine over 4-5 times. Then check the vacum gauge on the compression tester and write down the ammount of Vacum the gauge is reading from that cyclindar, Now do that to all the cyclindars.
Ask MNboxster for the limits of how close the compression should be from one cyclindar to the next.
