Transmission removal and repair

Hello, I recently (yesterday) bought a 2001 Boxster S, the synchro on second gear is almost worn out. I am looking for a guide on removal and repair of the transmission. I am sure there is one on this forum, I just can't seem to find it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
