Hey Herbert!!! Wow Shandong, lucky you man. Some of the best country ppl are from Shandong (true, honest, strong, and 'beautiful'). Enjoy the capital of the Best-in-the-World Dumplings my friend.

I'm with you RE the touch at 200km. I'll be looking at adding steering wheel BT controls during 2018. E.g. some fancy CNC that clamps on each side of the wheel... copying what Porsche did already really... nothing 'new'.

There is already aftermarket steering wheel kits locally for this but made out of cheap plastic. I've returned the kit I've ordered two weeks ago just so I could get my money back (omg). I'll just CNC those myself... eventually. (Cheap plastics... one day in the sun and off it goes.. type thing lollll)

That's a nice compromise (maybe even an improvement) between my desire for hardware buttons on the unit itself and your full touchscreen concept.

Nine8Six 07-18-2017 09:59 AM

Below are the ones I've ordered - just to have a try. Works fine, you can program them with the software it comes with.

just not for me though...

I'll eventually CNC my own e.g. finish them quality brushed metal with solid 'metal' spring switches. Something like that... will be fun (beware, porsche/style copy again lollll)

Don't be too quick to discount tactile input. Sure, an "all glass" interface is really cool looking, but the feel of a turn of a knob or a push/click of a button is not only intuitive, it provides mental feedback as to the status of the operation attempted. As an example, imagine being blindfolded and handed a physical keyboard; within a few seconds, your fingers will find home, and typing is not an issue. Now imagine blindfolded and handed a tablet; the output of which (if anything) would be "hkbvefhvjhfebelll" (apologies if this means something in Norwegian).

Also, per your advice, I am raising my fee from 2 cents to 3 to compensate for the new gas tax increase in our state.

Cheers, best of luck, and keep us updated.

We should make friend, I share your exact same opinions! I'm a Rock Start man (part-time, at home, imaginary audience and all). Played rhythm and lead guitar on my custom mappleneck Jackson's for +30 years now... "tactile buttons"?! Hell... I express feeling-of-the-day throughout 20x of those buttons daily lolll If our hardware would be all replaced with digital trackbars I'd be the 1st to set this world on fire :D

Some of my knobs even ticks and feedback lolll (in the context of guitar knobs, pls)

But hey, it is what it is and I am getting a nice and fat slider for the master volume in my 986. Could Photoshop it and make it look like a "real/physical" studio style trackbar also, would that help mentally you think? loll

Few but some material. More to come this weekend

Last week, while in transit between a city to another, the guy sitting next to me in the train said; "it would be nice to have the option to set a personalized background to your app?". So to save us both from dying of boreness, we did this together right there on the laptop lolll

You can now upload a 1024*600 background.png/jpg to the system. Route 66 below (I think) is meant for dev only, I plan on replacing this with the picture of my wife of course, but also like the solid black background (personally). Anyway, the option is there if needed

I've also set the live spectrum to transparent. Bounce nicely to the beat without being distracting to the driver a-la-previous version. A bit light for some but still very visually pleasant imo

Today we paint Aqua and Hot Pink

Quick Update:

Its Saturday!!! 10:57AM, third coffee and seeing rainbows already. Below is just a preview of the theme styles the prototype will have to live with for a few extra weeks. I'm at a stage where I have pretty much all code libraries and user controls squared out and nicely debugged. Proof of concept basically.

So until we settle all of the features that will eventually need plug-in, we'll toss away the User Graphical Interface(and freak coding) aside and start drafting the digital twin of the assembly in NX. We have so much to do; from ordering cabling & connectors to designing heat sinks and coming up with a proven thermally managed enclosure!

I'll update later this weekend on the hardware I've settle for external GPS, still trying to get this running at the minute - might get the 4th coffee lolll.

Until them, here goes some proper thread painting stuff :D

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/011500692375.jpg

^ The package is set to this "Silver" by default. Got Hot Pink also and something like 128 other colors to chose from loll

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/031500692348.jpg

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/021500692365.jpg

and so on.... you get the idea. The only 2 DIN kit "In-The-World" that is designed with the option to set any RGB color. OEM Dash & Accessory lights match or money back

Nine8Six 07-21-2017 07:23 PM

But but but I've changed my dash leds for blue ones :/ No worries, you have the theme that goes along! And last one, this wouldn't be completed without the Crimson Red... got to be seen on the IPS display with the back-light, it is hilariously mental

Sure to driving you nuts also LOL

Nine8Six 07-30-2017 08:07 PM

When I wrote a week ago that I would update at the end of the weekend, I meant this weekend ;)

Quick Update:

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0011501473941.jpg

Half way setting up our digital twin. The core parts anyway! We’ve got the mainboard and power management PCBs modeled along with a few connectors. Remaining parts have yet to arrive at GT Labs loll so we’ll model those once they've reached and passed prototype phase (hoping next week). Talking about USB hub PCB, the audio jacks, some wire gauge and other connectors/terminals (to mention a few).

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0021501473950.jpg

I’ve also successfully carried out data acquisition for thermal management. We’ll need this down the line to run flow sims. In all honesty, the only two components that are generating ‘significant’ heat, or those that we need to maintain if you prefer, are the Intel’s graphic & processor chips. Gathering this data was achieved (quite successfully in fact, thank you!) using the C# OpenHardwareMonitor library; recording processor’s heat and power over time periods. Of course this data was gathered when the CPU was max out e.g. HD video playback + a few C random but complex expressions running as background service at 10ms intervals. That was the most brutal benchmarking I could come up with quickly e.g constant 90~100% CPU usage for 10min each runs. Got hot, glad it lived up (no fan) lollll

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0031501473955.jpg

Once the sim models are out, we’ll be able to gauge the CFM required for the in & out flow and most importantly, we’ll know how and where to cut our heatsink’s fins (or pins, we’ll see).

Lots of work to come, fun stuff; late evenings, weekends if I can, even during traveling - I am not in Shanghai atm ;)

(back this coming weekend)

Tc friends

Captain, thx bud. Haha yea, hope to share a few but lets hope this doesn't get 'popular'. Can't imagine doing more than 10 or 20 max. You got to have some respect for the folks who does this all day long I tell ya. It's all bloody microscopic and fancy lolll Well, not microscopic but geez its small. Soldering with 0.8mm and most if not all needs magnification.

Light-weight in mind, all harnesses PET Sleeved, copper, shielded, low resistance material testing, gold plated this & that, just a nightmare to custom-made-to-order this thing enough for myself

We'll see. If this ever gets out, we'll find a new girlfriend here with small fingers and patient enough to rig a few kits for us. I am so not 'assembling' those myself (or alone anyway) LOL

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0041501586889.jpg

^ One thing coffee doesn't work well with; soldering miniature electrical components. Best done when exhausted or half dead... kinda thing. Toxic soldering smoke & fumes rocks also, pcb handling and all (also toxic lolll). Cheap Drugs, you guys should try one day :D

2.4ghz and Connectivity ranges - the mighty WIFI Antennas

Only members, absolutely. Straight out of the Ultimate GT Collection my friend :D

And.. it looks clean until you wire these thing (to be real here)... then everything starts looking like a mess lolll Good news is everything is CAD modeled and terminated using the Electrical Routing add-on from NX. So we'll be able to route all of this miniature stuff with real wire size/gauge and make it look and feel tidy without having to 'kink' anything so to fit! That's the plan anyway ;)

Keep in mind this kit you see here actually fits in one of your hand :/ Hard work lollll

Quick Update:

Finally have the Wi-Fi squared for the kit. Overkill but hey, it works.

The Bluetooth connectivity is already pretty good on the kit but wifi needed to be addressed and replaced with something that actually works. I plan on streaming data using either a mobile or a 4G router, undecided yet, but one thing that needs to work OOTB is the wifi - or I just don’t want it.

So I’ve recently picked up a stack of those antennas for 2.4ghz to prototype with and shortlisted the (to me) best 3 models. I think we have a pretty good range to start with here.

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0011501746565.jpg

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0021501746574.jpg

^ By default an SMD port will be planned on the back of the enclosure and the 3db short range antenna will be standard. Light-weight, compact (60mm), and works better than all the others, for short range anyway. Well, short range… I can still pick up medium-to-strong wifi signals from across the street with this kit (40-50meter away) so I think this will be more than enough for a 3meter sq cabin loll. However and if you are a real data performance and signal freak, keep reading… I have better options ;)

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0031501746584.jpg

^ That other option is a 5db. That will work well if you need to link up the car with your 100-150 meter away home router (for instance). External antenna, 3mm slim so can easily be concealed in a trim anywhere you need it to be. Hidden behind the plastic trim between the windshield and the door frame would be ideal (just next to the cluster).

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0041501746592.jpg

^ The last one is a magnetic base type with a pretty solid 15db. Expansive though ($8 lolll). Required if unlike myself, you are a hacker and want to download your town’s CBD or do nocturnal war driving (I used to be a ‘hacker’, so we called them 20 years ago). You’ll have a full and steady 2~3mb transfer rate over 2.4Ghz wifi within 150~300meter using this kit. There is also sufficient lead to reach the frunk where you could conceal this little bad boy into. Mean mean mean stuff ;)

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0051501746611.jpg

^ This 2db directional ant will be thrown in the kit also but won't be supported nor the idea! It works 'okay' but the data stream isn't too stable. The only advantage to this one is it mount internally, hidden in the enclosure. FREE inside loll (crap stuff x10).

Atm this will do for the 2.4ghz connectivity collection! Already mentioned; I am using a generic SMD terminal so you can source your own, in any colors!

Good Good Data!

PaulE 08-04-2017 05:24 AM

Fred this is amazing, even though the chance of me buying one is remote I am following this thread with great interest. Would it be feasible/possible to incorporate a TPMS function? I'm not encumbered with technical knowledge so it's easy for me to think big! I do know from my own work that expanding a project to have every possible bell and whistle is a good way to fail. There are lots of aftermarket TPMS systems out now that use a solar powered monitor that sticks to the top of the dash or plugs into the cigarette lighter. How cool would it be if TPMS could be a readout on your unit?

This is an example of one of the TPMS kits available -

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02...1501853036.jpg

Nine8Six 08-04-2017 06:29 AM

Paul, I think you could even do this yourself? I'm serious bud. The IC (SP370-23-106-0) is $10 and a breadboard and mcu is around another $10. Bet you only need access to max 5 pins of the sensor. For the coding part just contact the manufacturer and they'll shoot over samples in C language for you to interface this in a snap. Normally how it works, for me anyway.

Mind you the kit has already a built-in MCU (ATmega32u4) with more digital and analog pins that you'll ever need for a car (I think?). You also have access to SPI/CPU if you need more serious processing!

Creative Developer's Dream Kit, basically.

So things like these, all good ideas I agree (tire pressure IS important), but if we do it all there will be nothing left for the chaps to have fun with ;) Atm we need the unit to be available, simply made and reliable. That'd be a good start ;) Goodies later bud!

PS: We already have a fella here who is already deep into prototyping his own applications with the same kit. I believe (I've been told) he is working onto an active suspension system. He is apparently using the can-bus ABS raw, add-on accelerators & gyro 'and process over the CPU'. Crazy stuff... all above my head of course but none the less, can't wait to see what ppl does with it.

Limitless, they say lolll

Oggie 08-05-2017 02:05 AM

This looks truly amazing. Dying to see the finished product.

Nine8Six 08-05-2017 05:52 AM

Very kind, thank you Sir

Dunno ab being amazing but surely a cool little project, glad you like it already. Hope to be sending the (prototype) enclosure to mfg in a week. Not rushing; but almost lolll

Quick Update

Think I got all of the components modeled. Those I'll using for the prototype anyway. Connectors pin'ed and labelled also, ready to be registered and passed over the Electrical Routing model. So much more to be done before however but all quite elementary stuff, as you can see.

Currently designing the individual compartments for each areas of the kit (cooling, usb hub, inputs/outputs, etc). The hardest part is trying to design this as 'simple' as it possibly can, keeping the cost of manufacturing at its bare minimum, placing and grooving material so to make it all easy for the end user to swap any part anywhere in the kit shall one fail.

Nothing really interesting atm, e-routing will be tough! I'll be starting-up on the simulation models this coming Friday also, that will be a tad more relaxing (for me anyway).

^ This really gives you an idea of how minuscule this thing is. Look at the audio jack lolll

redciv1 08-06-2017 04:57 PM

WOW Fred. You really give me inspiration for attempting all kinds of things. And what I love best is your willingness to share. If we had a MOTY, it would definitely be you in my opinion. I like tweaking with car audio so this is up my ally. Can't wait to see production.

Nine8Six 08-09-2017 06:51 AM

The Great USB hub Story (loll)

 MOTY ; Most Obsolete Talented Yawny!

To bore you all more... here goes a Quick Update and more funny pics ;)

Was struggling with the little four USB dip thingies I previously sourced online (seen in previous screen grabs; little independent pcb holding a single usb port). Wiggly stuff, and it needed a pretty complex system just to hold that stack-of-stuff together. Too many screws also and sure it would have needed bubble gum to patch things up loll

So I just tossed away that old stuff and went custom, again. Why making a fuss ab it and where does this leaves us?! Nowhere, just a week behind/late as we now need to wait for the parts to show up and test out okay :/

All better stuff tough… TE Connectivity /AMP only, a whooping $0.8cents/connectorX4 onto a $0.25 PCB. We’re so awll ruined

I’ll update nx week when things are working again.

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0011502289361.jpg
^ Talking about this little 4 ports connector pack. Present itself on the ‘back’ panel (not the front, no worries loll)

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0021502289389.jpg
^ Goes here, there, somewhere in that lower back corner.

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/031502289482.jpg

^ As shown above, even the most advanced circuit board known to human (and other races) can take up to 5hrs to measure and put together in a CAD assembly. Thankfully, FREE software like Circuit Maker does it so well. So easy you could ask your sister to do those PCB for you ;)

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0051502289710.jpg
^ Once you've toasted this in C.Maker, aligned everything and made the current traces thick enough to cope with 500ma, you then shoot this over a PCB Printing Co in Gerber format and they'll do the rest for you. Example of this same PCB loaded onto OSH Park's backend.

And that is how its done, basically! Lucky for me, the pcb printing companies here does it in 24hrs (+1 day shipping). Hehhehheh :D

And $4 dollars later LOL (all very important Quick Updates fellas)

Nine8Six 08-10-2017 01:35 AM

Yayyy we have USB x4!!!

Hrrr.. that was hard for some freakin weird reason, for me anyway. Partly because I wasted so many hours trying to fit in those previous pcb/usb parts I got at a dollar each. Glad those are in my Royal Rubbish Bin now. See... trying to cut corners to get things done quick and dirty just never works :/ Oh well, at least I've tried lolll

Anyway, happy with below CAD fitment and look & feel. Solid kit; TE Conn/genuine connectors, all fun stuff!

Thank you very much for listening(reading), almost feeling better now :D

Oh man, that is so cool to hear. I'll try my best to detail the steps the best I can and update as often as I can. Unfortunately I have to leave a lot of stuff out as it would just bury the whole "car related" thing under a ton of technical rumble. I'd get bored myself loll I'll try my best to entertain more! Thanks for the encouragement bud

The whole system is rated at 5AMP. Runs both 12VDC and 5VDC independently and managed/filtered by a uninterrupted power supply (UPS) over a MODBUS logic. (Spanish for good stuff)

5AMP = 0.4amp for the whole system itself. Very energy/efficient. Intel Corp… pffff. That means it leaves you with little over 4 amps for your USB hub. Unseen yet in the screen grabs is a Hub Controller (pic below) which is rated at 1 amp per channel (has 4Ch).

Unless your GF decide to retrofit her hair dryer to USB one day or you plan on powering your HID lighting off the back of a Car PC, then we need to talk man loll As of most of today’s commercially available USB devices, we should have more than enough overhead with that 4amp ;) Man that’s a lots of webcams lollll

USB 2.0 of course! Compatible to literally everything. If really you need the 3.0 digital signals (or xfer rate), something tells me this is something that normally doesn’t happen in a Car. Regardless, the mainboard already has 1 (one) built-in 3.0 port, few ways for you to access it if really (really really) you need that ;)

Hope that answers your Qs bud. Feel free to ask any other questions (other than USB related LOLLL… man almost hate the thing now)

algiorda 08-11-2017 04:23 AM

Thanks for the explanation Fred. I was asking about the USB 3.0 since you are using a Windows Platform, it would be cool to be able to store or review photos from my Digital SLR when I'm in the field taking photos. I can transfer them to the Head unit and review them and USB 3.0 has a much faster transfer speed. Not important or essential, like everything else it's nice to have.

Any questions or concerns, do ask guys.

Last update of the week: the kit comes with a door! A lid, cover, panel, whatever you call this thing... it comes with one. Modeling that door is a good sign fellas... we are getting near(er) the manufacturing phase. Just need a heatsink(+CFD), and a frame for the IPS display and off it goes in the machines! The easy bits (hrrr finally)

(off to the river with the 2 dogs, wife and friends for the whole weekend guys - 4hrs driving starting 6am in the morning. Lets catch up next week, have a good one fellas!)

Thermal Management

^ All very fancy pics, does it work?!

What a weekend. The dogs kept on barking randomly at some night critters the whole of Saturday night so most of us didn’t get sleep. Well, I did LOL but the others hardly slept (oops!). We stayed in 5* tents, of course (camping!).

Oh well. We came back at lunch time so I am already upstairs in my office carrying on the design validations (CFD) on our assembly while the wife and my puppies are catching up some good sleep. I am only doing flow atm… pointless to include coupled thermal at this stage, all we need to know for now is whether the heatsink I’ve designed a few hour ago is getting an ‘effective’ flow of fresh air.

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0031502622782.jpg

^ Omitted in previous screen grabs is the front of the assembly. Nothing to show really… other than the frame that caps off (seal) the whole enclosure. That frame is modeled to accommodate both the IPS display & capacitive touch screen (sandwiched together).

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0041502623843.jpg

^ Using a straight ‘fin’ system for our heatsink here. The whole idea was to get fresh air flowing between the fins with very little resistance/drag. Pins are also very effective, however in a design like ours, they would simply create excessive turbulence. So for us, fins are the most effective way.

^ Above is our fluid domain. It is the core fluid from our sealed assembly. Essential step to all CFD analisys. Inserting this pic because those fluid domain are quite difficult to extract. This is accurate to 0.2mm.

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0011502623048.jpg

^ The-End-of-the-world here. Preliminary CFD on our design/assembly fails huge. As you can see from the grab above, we are not getting a ‘flow’ on the heatsink. We are surely getting so air (air is air) but not effective at all. My intention of having a inlet and outlet positioned the way they are now was a good one but results are not satisfactory.

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0021502623170.jpg

^ Oh hang on, we are actually getting 'some' air (air is air!), but nothing like what I was aiming for. That is so NOT going to cool down my CPU and GPU, pretty useless in fact. Don't even bother doing thermal validation with this LOLL

So at that stage, we might as well just buy those $200 Asian (Android?) 2DIN kits. Those aren’t professionally thermally managed and often heat up to 90~100degree Celsius on a good summer day (I’ve heard/read a few weeks ago only).

The other option is to stop crying and fix our design by blocking where the air likes to go and channel ALL of it onto-our-heatsink! Sounds easy but let's see lollll I’ll get this done in a few hours and re-run the validations. This does NOT go into my machines for prod if no proven thermal management comes out before lollll

I'll update later this eve

Ta Da!

Bingo! We got it. All it needed was closing the top and bottom cabling trays (circled in red below). Thank god I took my time and didn't do the Electrical Routing before CFD, I would have had to run these wires all over again.

So there we have it. Every cubes of air is assigned to cooling the unit, no lost. Now if you ask me, this is the part where I get really exited in manufacturing this assembly. As long as I know this will work out as planed, I'm happy to trow the rest of the energy it needs for project completion. Goes fast from here ;)

I'll run the thermal analysis this week, although not sure I'll upload as many visuals. Wouldn't want to bore anyone. Besides I am still waiting for a member to say "Hey, this is a CAR forum" lollll Pushing my luck with all this technical stuff :D

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0121502645016.jpg

^ In red are are the two areas that needed closing, so to channel ALL of the air between those fins. Bye bye cabling trays however, can;t have it all!

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0051502645117.jpg

^ Our updated fluid domain. Notice the 3 openings to let the hot air evacuate the central PCB area. This is done with a slight negative pressure

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0071502645344.jpg

^ More than happy with this consistent flow. In fact, it performs far better than what I was hoping for (see for yourself in below grabs). Super exited about this. Hard work paying off, finally

^ And finally, with some of the layers turned ON... so you guys can visualize what's happening in there

Enjoy!

Whatever the hell you want, Fred, I'm in. Amazing!!

This is such a great project and I'm totally in for one (and Skybreaker when you are doing those again)! I love all the details and the updates and can hardly wait for the product.

Nine8Six 08-15-2017 12:18 PM

Haha Kevin, yea not going to be an expansive unit at all. Aiming for less than 8,999 (EURO), fingers crossed bud lolll

Troy!!

Ran a few static thermal sims with the CPU max’ed up to its 5Watts, and getting less than dramatic results. This is with the wind, tornados and typhoons turned ON (i.e. Flow) among other sim elements e.g. environment convection and thermal couplings (aka ‘semi’-basic sim). To maintain/stabilize the air temp below 50dC across the unit (static) we need a minimum volume of 0.0016~0.0018m3/s (or 3.5~4CFM if you prefer). Considering a ‘pocket size’ performance computer, that’s not a lot! There, some advantages to designing overkill heatsinks lollll

I have yet to run the transient sims with the temp data I’ve acquired a few weeks ago but then… at that stage I am not worried anymore. Might play with this later on tough, curiosity win and I have the tools to do it so… why not.

Cooling Fan:

I am using the standard DC Fan #3010 bolt pattern therefore, and shall you need to service the unit in 2~3 years loll (i.e. replace the fan), you can get this same dc fan-size everywhere (radioshack/ebay/keywords: DC Fan 3010).

Interestingly enough, I’ve found this dc fan in the 4.x CFM rating in our 3010 bolt pattern, just what we need. However this little monster spins at 7000RPM. So very likely it will(should?!) be quite noisy :/ Dunno, never seen nor worked with a ‘Magnetic Levitation Fan’ (whatever that does). We’ll see, got two on order to test – I’ll Quick Update on the noise level of the Super DC Fan soon LOL (desperate stuff….)

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0181502825424.jpg

^ 7k RPM... good god... if this thing pass the one month 24/7 ON test I plan on giving it on arrival, it should live forever imo lolll p/n: SUNON KDE0503PFV2-8.

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0131502825482.jpg

^ Top view of the unit while the CPU is basically at its scorching HOT'est (5watts). A lot, if not all, gets dissipated to the AL heatsink. The central PCB area is warm, but not critical hot at all (30~35.ish dC).

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0141502825492.jpg

^ Bottom view. That air really does work a lot of heat on its way to the fan. This is actually with a full 0.002 m3/s air flow (4.2CFM).

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0151502825502.jpg
^ Cut in half, so you can see what's the deal inside of the unit.

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0161502827280.jpg

^ Some random pic because, well, pink is nice on Pcar forums!

http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02/0171502825512.jpg

^ This. Custom made. For us. Undecided whether to use thermal tape or grease between the CPU/GPU and the heasink's pads (OCD? lollll)

top notch quality as always

Oh no! Another IMSB. Is there a way to know the fan bearing is going out before it causes catastrophic shrapnel and ignites the dashboard? I'm thinking you should make it a plain bearing fan with an oil feed from the engine. ..or perhaps tap into the low pressure A/C line and use a micro-evaporator for proper cooling.

As always Fred, amazing work and sure to be better than anything commercially available. Any reason why I shouldn't get one to replace the PCM unit in my '05 Cayenne?

lolll Go Go Maglev, the panacea to all B worries

The kit is based off ISO7736 size (180 x 100 mm panel). My guess is... if you know of anyone who does a Cayenne 2DIN mounting kit, then that little carpc clamps right in it

(I think loll)
