Dealer, eBay, Porsche parts retailers...about $150 each. ;)
They must be new. You cannot reuse used key heads unless they have the code included.

Hi Charles,

Sent you a PM couple weeks back, didn't hear from you. In the alternative, because I am unable to find it, could you point me to the link wherein you illustrate the LED "gauge" illustrating the battery voltage... embedded in the fuse panel cover?

Thank you.

I am also looking for new circuit boards and new key casings. Can you post links of the items where you find them at cheapest price? Thank you ☺️

Hello
I too have a misbehaving key. Are you still available to repair?
Thanks

Update:

There have been numerous posts lately regarding non-functioning key fobs and my lack of response regarding repair.
The reason I've been reluctant to do any more repairs is that the issue with the fobs can be twofold; physical damage to the circuit and/or loss of sync with the car.
The fob repair is straightforward, but the loss of sync issue is not (I cannot help with that).

With all that said, I'd be happy to help with the repairs, but the syncing issues will be left for the owner to sort out (if there are any syncing issues...there aren't always).

Hi sir (particlewave)!
My key fob was working before and the 1st time it didn’t work, I tried replacing the battery. How much you will charge if i send my transmitter (the electronic board) for you to check or repair? If after your repair is still not working, probably it is the sync issue and I will not complain with you.

Thanks!

Pw I would be willing to take a chance with mine as well. If it doesn't take care of my problem it's on me at least we eliminated one possibility. From what I am seeing you could line up a few of these.

I will respond to all messages this weekend. ;)

I’m looking for help with mine too! Trunk and frunk buttons work but lock button doesn’t.

Nice to hear from you, Jay :)

Still have the Boxster, but I haven't done a project on it in years. Drive it several times per week, though. I think I'll be giving it to my son, soon.

I got deep into watchmaking 5 or so years ago. Now it occupies my life.
I restore several vintage watches per week, then sell them on eBay. Tiny machines...Fun stuff. ;)
