They should since Ben's shifter is a modified eBay knockoff of the B&M short shifter. But if you're going to the trouble of taking out your console and disassembling your shifter, why not also go for the bolt action ball bearing smoothness of Ben's shifter?

I originally wanted one of his but he was unable to provide one at the time. I went with the Ebay one instead. A little less side to side slop from my eBay shifter would make me happy and if it fits...

Hi !

Yes it will fist almost any short shifter, and soon even the stock shifter with the addition of a small bushing.

They are almost ready ! I need to pack them and send them out to Uniwerks !

I ran into a "problem" though...

I thought I could machine the shouldered bolts cleanly, but it's very hard to make something that works great, looks clean, and that I can make 200 of without having to quit my job

It's no big deal though, the only difference is that a 10mm hole needs to be drilled to make room for the threaded part of the bolt.
Here it is, cut bolt :

Normal bolt :

Ben,

I'm not sure I understand what you are saying here:

"It's no big deal though, the only difference is that a 10mm hole needs to be drilled to make room for the threaded part of the bolt."

Does this mean you are drilling a 10mm hole for the bolt or is this a hole I need to drill when I install the lever? Where does this hole need to be drilled? Why is the bolt cut? Do I need to drill a 10mm hole and also cut the bolt? I'm unclear on what is required to make this work.

Maybe you can clarify.

Dana

Just drilling a 10mm hole for the threaded part of the bolt to go through because it’s too long and I can’t cut them cleanly.

I’ll be writing instructions tonight

I guess Dremeling off the tip of the bolt will be an acceptable alternative?

They are shipping to the Uniwerks Design on Monday

Yes, you can cut the bolt yourself if you prefer that over drilling a hole !

Soon, I'll be fitting a full kit on a 996 GT3 Cup car

Ben is any kind of lubricant/grease suggested for any of the pivot points ? Or just install dry ?

No, grease is definitely required for longevity !
Any high pressure grease will do. No copper/aluminum paste.

I just dropped the package right now
