Thanks Fred glad I could contribute something at least. The pic is someone else's (Fintro) can't take credit for that, I just added the down arrow and the writing

I think some people may be able to pull the frame away easily, unfortunately mine was stuck like it was glued in, I nearly gave up trying and was going to see if I could buy another frame, as a last resort I tried the screw driver and was amazed how easily it popped out So I thought I'd share in case someone else experiences the same problem as I did.
