Thanks for the video! What silicone do you use when you seal the lens back?

Mark, RTV silicon in black is good to go given it is from a reputable manufacturer and rated flexible. Your local auto store should have this in stock or able to recommend a good one. I've been using 3M for all the retrofits that I've made here (over 40 headlights or similar.... stopped counting)

Ultrapro Silicone Gasket, 08700, Black, 3 oz tube - Shop3M

Dries fast, and it flex just perfectly. Makes things 100x easier in case you need to re-open the headlight for whatever reason.
