Ah! yes, the Luminoso Series. Certainly the hottest kit in town but bloody difficult to machine :/ Hence their slightly higher price tag (+15%)

Jay mate, not in an ideal position to toast those for you right away but will get them done. I'll get the 3 series lined up, not in Iguana green however. That green rendering belongs to a member here btw (sent you his youtube channel by pm)
RE dual-projectors. If one day I feel that there is a strong demand for dual-projectors I might consider throwing the required R&D and time into this. Atm you are the second guy who asked for this. And as you've already guessed, it would indeed need a serious redesign of the stock headlight. The Bi-Xenon Projectors you see now are designed with an emphasis on simplicity and really, that what works for the majority. Effective, safe, lightweight, easy-to-install, what else... ah yes; reasonably priced (important).
ps: if you want a guesstimate for a quality & functional quad-xenon, by all means feel free to PM - I'll make those for you with passion. However something tells me you'll change your mind as fast as your idea came up +$$+

Very much appreciated, the view helped a lot! I like your 986 render design lines perhaps just as much as the real shape...very tastefully done!
Yes I do like to push the envelope a bit.... as you know. Thanks for the thoughts and info!

The body lines are an exact copy (stencil) of the factory boxster 97-04 (bird view, profiles, front/rear). The visual difference you see is the perspective mode the render software has... which I'm not yet comfortable using. Kinda slightly bubble the car (fisheye-lense effect) when rendered at close distance.
Bah... gives a good idea, close enough some would agree

Happy chinese new year!!!
While the kids are outdoor playing their favorite trampoline, some kools are setting the city on fire everywhere and parents are indoor with friends and families celebrating & eating like there-is-no-tomorrow! Everybody couldn't care less about their problems! Brilliant festival - thanks hosts

Hello Nine8six
Happy Chinese New Year. I want to retrofit my halogen headlights with your projectors but just can't justify the price difference. In comparaison with the retrofit kits on ebay for example
Are you willing to drop your price? {?!}

Angel eye ballast or resistor?
One of my angel eyes has quit working. Can anyone tell me what the small black canister in the circuit is and can I get a replacement? I have power to it but the angel eye wont light. Thanks.

Hello China, here is Geneva !
How is the status of the prod ?
I’m waiting for a set of “Vivo”, and while waiting, let’s show you these Vivo will land :
(the “Before” photo !!)
or, ..not really a “show car”, neither a Daily (with Nitto NT01 !!), but a lovely track car.
Easy to recognize this one, a month ago, together with the great friends of the Golden Gate Lotus Club !
I was hesitating between Red Vivo (to make some companionship of the “Mobil Pegase”, the kill switch and the “stripes” (I bought this car with these stripes !! Yes, I know, ..I have to change the 3.2 engine into a 4.0, ..or remove these stripes !!)
or, Gun Metal Vivo, to match the OZ Alleggerita !
I think the GM will be a bit more “classic”, and just hope that they will hit the Pelican stock before the red ones !
To let you have a feel of the inside, it looks like that :
So, if I can remodel the seats, ..then I hope I will be able to remodel the head lights !
Avec mes meilleures salutations, depuis l’Europe cette fois !

nicest seats I've seen yet. How did you go about remodeling the seats, did you start with a regular Sparco seat and re-upholstered the center section with I'm not sure what material is used...? Anyways, looks B-E-A-utiful
So, if I can remodel the seats, ..then I hope I will be able to remodel the head lights !

Thanks,
Yes, the base are "regular" Sparco.
I felt they were good, but did not liked the material that much (the "touch").
I do like Alcantara.
I got the "Boxster S" stitched on an Alcantara panel, and then asked to have "diamond" stitches below the logo.
In the bottom front part, I asked to have it split in two parts (original was on one part) in order to have the 5th and 6th point of the harness to be able to go through.
Btw, all the original "center cushions" are fixed to the bucket using "Velcro", so, I just ordered (to a local car upholstery company) to use the same for these new cushions !
Pretty basic work !
Imo the "original" Sparco stitching is not so "elegant" ! (kind of "cheap ad" instead of discrete branding !)
Note that the result is quite "comfy" !

Well, about these kind of “aesthetic” mods, as, I removed my roof (to gain 18kg !!), I found a cheap (50 bucks) engine cover, and made a hole on it, build aluminum frame, and fixed a Perspex window on it.
So, with no roof : a glance, and you can see the engine !
But, I have a plan, to push the concept a bit more, will see if it is going to work !
Note that the Brey-Krause bar is fixed in the rear side of the OEM hoop. This did enable me to keep the OEM paddings on the hoop, (imo extremely important for safety, ..if you drive the car without any helmet !) as well as keeping the OEM wind stoppers !
PS: all my excuses to Nine8Six for the off topic posts.

Guys,
I still have the problem that the oil warning light turns on/ spoiler goes up when turning on the headlights fitted with these retrofits. Turning of the engine and on again corrects everything (besides the spoiler). That one has to be lowered by using the button on the fusebox).
Any ideas of how to resolve this problem?

I'm having the same issue, but both of mine have been out for a while. They didn't just go out overnight- I noticed them being more and more dim over time and now both are out completely. If anyone knows the solution, a post would be appreciated!
