WOW! I reviewed Meir's procedure and it's fantastic. I did the same job in Dec-Jan this year and I would have paid for that procedure (but he did it in August).
My only problems was an internally damaged 4-way flasher switch (from extracting it I guess). Scared the hell out of me thinking that I'd have to pull it all apart again.....found one from a wreak and saved some $. Ironic that it is one of the least used parts on a car and it's the one that fails.
Between Meir's posting and a Bentley manual you can't go wrong.

I toke the hazard switch 3 times already in the past year and half.
Every time I forget how to do it.
Next time I'm going to use my own DIY
