Here are some useful tools for the job:

-The magnetic multi-bit screwdriver
-The driver extension, for the deeper recess in the steering wheel and useful for reaching the more deeply set screws under the dashboard
-The multi-bit rachet, which really helps with installation of the screws at the top of the dashboard and along the sides near the doors.
-The articulating magnet. Great for finding dropped screws and TORX bits.
