nice (ahem) decal on the doors. It may put off some buyers
Stock looks better
IMHO, $9500 is a bit high for a 98 with 160K no matter what stuff you have put on it
No muffler, must be a loud SOB !

It sure is loud, but the stock muffler is included. As far as the decal, that's why it's vinyl: it can be removed
price can be adjusted for the right buyer
Thanks for the bump!

The stock picture looks like a car that's 15 years newer. Far more timeless. Take the time to get the car back to stock and post an ad then and you will get much more interest! That's a beautiful car under the makeup.

Some may beg to differ. I get compliments left and right whenever I take it out, young and old. Those on this forum may have a different outlook on what this vehicle should look like. Everyone has their own taste and culture. If someone comes along and likes how it sits, then great. If not, then maybe it'll revert back to stock in the future.
Overall, it's a great driving experience every time I get behind the wheel.
Thanks for the bump!

The car looks good as is and there is a market for sure, but if you look at prices of visually modded s2000s compared to original ones you'll see a large difference in price.
Now there are less tastefully modded boxsters to choose from than s2000s so if someone does want a modded boxsters you might could receive a premium.
That being said though the stock picture is one of the cleanest looking boxsters I've seen on the forum, if I was in the market I would be very interested in a test drive for the car pictured in the stock photo.
Maybe I am just a sucker for silver, good luck on the sale!

I actually like the matte white, and am in the market. Can the decal be removed without damaging the wrap? Also, can we see some pics of the nose and interior?

To be honest, I believe I am the 2nd owner when I purchased this back in 2012 from a dealership. I am unaware if the IMS or rear seal has been replaced. The car has ran without hiccups since the time I purchased her.

Thanks! It probably can be removed, although there will be some adhesive stuck to the wrap. Most likely can be removed with goo gone. I will post some when I get home from work. Thank you.
