Congrats! Nothing like a road trip with a newly acquired car to ‘get to know it’. You learn things but more important, you realized you made a great choice!

Indeed. Not a question in my mind. This is a great car.

Gonna miss it when the sun returns, but am also really happy to see it running across the nation and getting more use than I could give it.

Its also a great endorsement of this board and the quality of this group of enthusiasts.

Just an update:

Loving this car! It’s wearing Blizzaks these days until the warm days return full time. Still plenty of days with the top down even in the foothills above 7,000’. Joined PCA and signed up for advanced DE classes, and looking forward to spring and summer rallies and auto-x.

Bought a Bluetooth adapter and CDR220 to keep the factory interior and run my phone, and got some nice black and red coco mats for the floors.

Installed the SportTows hidden hitch to shlep bikes (kind of a PITA).

Alternator took a crap in Grand Junction so I had to find a specialty shop there. Got it sorted. That’s just life after 14 yrs and 96k miles.

Next up: Abrams M1 shifter and redline goods boot.

Later this summer, likely going to ROW suspension setup. Otherwise keeping it stock and enjoying it!

Nice Seal Gray Box! Enjoying an unusually mild winter in Colorado--I winterized mine expecting more snow can't wait for Spring
