The drama at Laguna Seca just keeps coming...

Latest update: New Management for Laguna Seca?

The Highway 68 Coalition is really the "managers" of Laguna Seca. They are the group responsible for the ridiculous sound limits at the facility. Spearheaded by a guy who inherited his house in Carmel Valley. It's a great track - but I don't go - can't pass sound at all and don't feel like investing in the muffler setup to do so. Would need to do something like this...

What a mess. Race tracks are always run on a shoestring, this latest quagmire could be deadly. How are they going to operate in 2020?

I said it before, I'll say it again - bureaucrats!
