I think he meant if it breaks-off and there's nothing to grab ahold of. But even then: I'm very famous for welding studs to broken-off studs...... and that kills the red loctite in a hurry too.

I once tried to safety-wire lug-nuts with a braided run from nut to nut. If I took about an hour per wheel on them, they were beautiful...... :cool: yeah..... did that once, on one wheel. hahahaha

If it breaks flush, you drill hole and use extractor. After you heat it, there is nothing preventing its removal

That's assuming you have a torch at the track.

In any case, red is overkill
