On my list of things to do this winter. Here are 3 places with fiberglass tops and adapters/fastener systems to secure them.

Patrick Motorsports
Gt-racing.com
Tunersmotorsports.com

Not sure if GSR has an in house manufactured top as well, but their web site is filled with good stuff.

Any experience with these 3 fiberglass tops?

Kroggers, your car is dope! I love the Cayman style hard top but Im going to be running an intercooler in the rear boot I'm just wondering how the regular fiberglass top gets mounted, is it just bolted up to whatever? it looks like just a skin.

... all of the fiberglass tops on the market for Boxsters are for racing.
They are generally secured with 1/4 turn fasteners.
Happy Boxstering,
Pedro

Mine is fiberglass and installs the same way the factory top does. Its slides into posts behind the doors and into slots atop the windshield.

The fiberglass top in my race car mounts to tabs attached to the windshield header and two posts on the roll cage using 1/4 turn fasteners. There are four tabs across the windshield header, one post on each side, and one tab in the rear center beneath the rear window.

Hope this helps.

This is one of the tabs attached to the windshield header...

Interior post for the side attachment...
