Willow Springs Big Track Today

Acheived a personal best on the Big Track at Willow Springs today with my best lap at 1:37.3.

Saw 101mph on entry into Turn 2 and 96mph on exit. WOT all the way. Similar for Turn 8, WOT, 120mph mid-turn and 101mph at apex of Turn 9 onto the front straight.

Snow flurries started falling in early afternoon so I called it a day a bit early.

Used the new AIM Solo lap timer for the first time and it worked great. Especially liked the preditive lap time and ahead/behind comparison functions.

Wow! 1:37 is screaming in a 2.5L street Boxster. Nice job! Gotta love cold air into the intake. What were your tires of choice on this fine day?

I bet the weather was great, right up until it started snowing! Really impressive times. I was following your progress on FB during the day...
