FS: GQ-4X USB EPROM programmer

Hi,

I just have completed reprogramming a new gauge cluster I bought to fix my ailing LCD odometer. Now that I've successfully used it, I'm passing it along to the next guy.

My total cost was around $125. Asking $75 shipped to conus.

Here is what is included:
- GQ-4X USB programmer with cable
- SOIC clip with adapter so you can connect it to the chip
- detailed instructions with pictures courtesy of a forum member

You will need to download/install some drivers for the programmer, and download/install the programming software. It's not complicated, and I will provide links for both.

(ps. my boxster car is never going to be sold anyway, stays in the family.... just for fun obviously)

Yep, this is all you need. Do you have access to a Windows machine?

If the original buyer falls through, let me know. I'm definitely interested!

Sold.

I've received several inquiries about the step-by-step instructions. I've received them courtesy of another forum member sometime ago, they are very good instructions with pictures etc.

If anyone else wants them, please PM me your email address and I'll send them to you.
