Glad to hear everything is alright!

I actually had a slightly similar experience a few months ago. I was dumb, and driving around on nearly corded tires in the rain. Went to make a turn onto an on ramp and spun the car 360, but kept it within the two guardrails on either side of me. Came to a stop facing straight, and just kept going (albeit a little more safely). I credit the lack of damage/injury to my times autocrossing, because I've spun it there a number of times, and know what to do when I lose it.

Nick, you are worrying me, dude! I am glad there was no damage. Do you have PSM (Porsche Stability Management)?

Does "C" know about it?

I was probably going about 30 mph ( I had just turned onto this road from another road ). Honestly, it happened so fast I didn't even have time to react. No PSM on my '99 ( not sure if it would have made much of a difference ). I called "C" when I got home ( she was out with the girls ) and told her to be careful and NOT to take that road. Still a little freaked out this morning !

Thanks guys ( and gals ;o)

Nick

I had a similar experienc last week with my 99. However, I did not hit ice but the coating of cinders all over the road. I took a corner a little faster than I should and found myself in the oncoming lane. Thankfully the good Lord was looking out for me. I will be taking it more easy till I get a better handle on what it can and cannot do. I also need new rubber all around.
