CJ..i think the 400 *You get the hood, bumper, headlights, mirrors, rear bumper strip. So the install is basically free*. I would say thats a steal

If it's $400 for the bumper, hood, fenders, mirrors, and rear strip that is a really good deal! But how in the heck would I get it installed in Ohio?????

Local to SF only, eh? Sounds kind of cool, but I imagine rock chips would make a mess out of the clear coat. I'd rather have an elastic layer that rocks bounce off of than a hard clear coat shell. Sure, it protects the paint but won't it look ugly eventually?

It sounds intriguing though. i have the 3M stuff on mine right now but would entertain the idea of doing this if it really was like OMG great.

They had a sample there which was I guess half protected and half not. The half not protected had chips n scrapes in it and the side that was protected was still shiny with only minimal impact marks. I'm thinking the material is just like 3M but has a flexible clear coat to it? Well, I'm in on the group buy, anyone else? I was trying to find the material myself online.. but then I remembered they told me install time was 8 HOURS! I don't think I want to try installing it by myself!

last try

Last try to see if we get a enough people together for a group buy.

So far it seems to me that interested are:

* pinoyfiend
* CJ_Boxster
* 986Roadster
* myself

So if this is enough for a $400 group buy who is in and who is out?
