Careful with quoting prices. I'm 100% sure that your price did not include a new flywheel. I know what he is paying for the parts and he can eat the labor. IF you had needed a new flywheel, they are nearly $800 by themselves (and more and more of them are not reusable)

Just don't want people to expect one thing, and then learn different once he gets the car apart. He really has no way of telling you if it will need a flywheel or not until he gets it apart (if it doesn't show up broken on the test drive)

Well there is a new Porsche tech in Charlottesville Va.......................yup that would be me. I am leaving the independent shop and going to work at the new dealership. Gotta love Payed factory training, and I have found out that I am in need of some major freshening up in the patch on the arm dept. If Your ever in the hood stop by and say Hi.
