I've had my boxster as and other porsche's serviced at eurotech motorsports in Frederick Maryland. they have always been good to me.

Hi,
Can someone please tell me what's wrong with my car. I have 97 Porsche Boxster, 6 speed with 61k miles. There is a loud rattling noise coming from the motor every time I drive it, when I push the clutch in the sound goes away. Can anyone give me some advice? I also recently replaced the throwout bearing because I thought that was the problem (clutch is good though)

What did it turn out to be... that rattling noise your boxster was having back in 2015... I was guessing water pump.
BTW, your car looked great. Hope it's still on the road.

Repair shop that knows what they're doing :)
I'm Live in Bothell WA and I need to find a good repair shop close. I got some mnastey noises that could be anything from a chain tensioner to a rod. I found a good shop on Bellevue but its hard to get to I'd really prefer closer.

maybe being an ex-fighter jock and top gun grad has something to do with it...
he has a rather dry and cutting sense of humor so you need to be prepared to hand it back to him...he doesn't suffer fools either.
