Looking to find a good indy shop in South Florida

I can do most of the standard things on my 2000 Boxter (filter changes, belt, plugs, water pump, AOS, etc.

I live in the Florida Keys (30 miles from Key West) and frankly wouldn't be comfortable with any of the local shops if I needed something more substantial.

My AAA plan has a 200 miles tow limit and it's a hundred miles from my house to the mainland, so I need something no farther away than Palm Beach.

Any recommendations and comments from owners who have used shops from there south would be greatly appreciated.
