Exclamation Tell Pelican Parts They are Losing Us!

Can we all Call/Email/Message Pelican Parts and tell them that this forum is now being used as a marketplace to buy & sell small children, forged documents, and counterfeit money?

I don't know if they care, but they should.

They used to have moderators that stayed on top of these things. What happened?

Most you can do is to tap or click the “report this message” icon. Or, just ignore it.

Yeah, it stinks.

Thanks for starting this thread. I've been thinking about contacting Matt personally but stuff has gotten in my way. Then the recent cyber overrun spurred me on.

I've sent numerous PMs to Matt and Gianni in the past and the only response I got back was to not be rude to the perps. Mostly I got no response. Time for a different approach.

I called Pelican yesterday and asked for Matt. They didn't know who that was so they pushed me to voice mail to a mgr named Michael Morita. I left a msg to call me in regards to 'the website'. I was working on the shark and he must've tried when I was momentarily away from my phone. He did however send me an email (must've used data from Pelican) and asked what's up. I documented the graphic details of what's going on. Hopefully this spurs some action. You'd think the mention of trafficing / prostitution would get their attn, among the other death spells and fake IDs and passports.

We'll see. Looks like there's another attack this morning.

Sorry about the excessive spam everyone- with Matt's fairly recent departure I've been doing my best to hold down the fort (but the last two days has been the worst I've seen in my 11 years with Pelican).

I'm monitoring/moderating new registrations and removed every offending post I could find. If this happens again please DM me (I'm also happy to anoint some new moderators if anyone would like to step up!).

Thanks,
Chris

Thanks Chris.
Hopefully once they know this thread is being monitored they'll eventually "move on".

We all appreciate your efforts.

Much appreciated. Our forum is like a neighborhood infiltrated with crime - it deteriorates quickly. No one wants that.

Thanks for clearing that up Chris. All that spam really disrupts the usability of the forum.
