now zero fuel pressure

Well, I have moved from immobilizer to the basics, gas and spark, as you all suggested a month ago.
Zero pressure at fuel rail!
Relay INPUT(female side) checked:
85 (power TO relay) gets 3.6V with no key, and in position 1+2
86(ground) good
87(direct battery feed) : no voltage with any ignition key setting.

C4 fuse good.

bench test relay good

To my slow-turning logic, there are enough issues at the relay plug-in site that i shouldnt tear into the fuel pump side yet?

any thoughts on low voltage TO the relay and ZERO V where high current battery should be present?

thanks very much folks
garry
