If you are lucky it's just the bulb that lights up the left hand display. Not that difficult to fix, assuming you did the original cluster swap, just undo it and replace it. The bulbs are super cheap, just stay away from LED, I've not had good luck with them.

I think if you use a flashlight and shine it on the display you should be able to see if it's displaying anything, and if so then it's just the bulb. I don't know 100% if that is true though, just a thought.
