Not cranking after replacing starter, starter relay and DME relay.

First off let me start by say this forum is awesome and very informative. The people on here that contribute and advise are great. I have a 99 986, I started the work replacing the water pump, thermostat, thermostat housing, idler pulleys and belt. I filled ther reservoir and went to to crank the motor to get the air bubbles out of the system. I got a not start, no crank. I have since installed a new starter, starter relay, and DME relay, still not cranking. I pulled the driver seat and saw some corrosion on the ground post for the anti-theft unit. I cleaned The ground stud and associated ring terminals. Any insight would be much appreciated.

I had a weak start/no start on mine and it turned out the battery was 10 years old even though it looked new.

The ground strap can be a common issue if it gets corroded. I think there is one by the battery and also one on the engine. I know the immobilizer gives people fits too. Sounds like you gave that a look already though.

these are the threads i saved on troubleshooting:
