I have a guy who can make them pretty cheap, various colors or that "etched" look for the windstop. To keep the price down we should limit it to one or two colors, the good news though is that it would be per sheet so it doesn't matter if people want different styles (as long as there aren't too many).
I think before proceeding we should request Rich & Rich's approval as this is their site and I would think their copyright etc. I don't see this as a money making venture, whatever the cost is plus the cost of mailing. I'd actually be happier to have them mailed to someone else for distribution but suspect there will not be many volunteers!
So, we're back to square one to a degree, if the Rich's agree, what image is it to be? Does anyone know what exact font the "986forum" logo is in on the home page?
Chris.

I still like this. Maybe in a one color etched look? Could you do the 986 forum font under the car so the guys who didn't want the car could take it off?

We'd basicallyt need a single color image, you could then quite easily apply some parts but not others when it is applied.

I did the original logo up there in the left corner of the site window, way back when there were something like 100 members. That was a few computers ago... I will see if I can find the design file and let you know the font.

Found it...
Xerox Sans Serif Wide Bold Italic (aka oblique)
I don't believe this is a default Microsoft font... but appears to be available for free download.
Original logo "glow" image was created with the open source Photoshop alternative the Gimp using the "Alien Glow" script-fu plugin. Have fun.
