Thanks for the answers. BFeller, yes the pan under the battery. 78F350, I'd forgotten about the blinker fluid. . It isn't brake fluid or antifreeze.....must be washer fluid. It soaks up clear on a paper towel. Suppose I'll pull the wheel and wheel well liner and check the washer tank. Since it's 23 years old it maybe like the coolant tank in the trunk and has reached terminal age.
