2004 550 Spyder realistic price?

There is a beautiful 2004 550 Spyder for sale with low mileage on Rennlist, the car looks very clean but wondering if the price its a bit steep for a 2004..?

Over here in Germany these cars in very good condition and with low to medium mileage are around 30-40 K euros. So even as USD / EURO = 1:1 this seems cheap.

Too few of miles for me. Looks like it's been a garage queen. Wouldexpect a good amount o frubber needing to be replaced due to age. I would take a 996 over that one, even though it is a spyder. I'm sure someone will buy it for close to that price, but the market has also already shifted and prices have been on the downward trend. Within 6 months prices will be back to pre-pandemic levels.

Agree with Stl. Prices peaked at mid-30s earlier this spring but have dropped as the bubble burst sev wks ago. This price seems to be the new water mark. You also have conv season ending and fall / winter approaching so the mkt will be cooling even more.

Add in a full blown recession and you will start to see high end ticket items starting to drop like crazy. If you are looking for something I would wait till November when people need money for the holidays and wont have any to spend.

I agree that the price is high. Everybody is trying to get top dollar for their cars right now, but the market is already corrected and dropping. This was a $20k to $22k car just a couple of years ago. Should sell for 25 to 26. BAT would bring more but paying commissions will eat at some of that profit.

There is one posted in the for sale section on this forum. Comes with hard top and low mileage. A little higher price. I prefer the brown interior. It really stands out more than the black and grey in this model m
