Have a read through this
Door window not dropping properly – a troubleshooting check list.
My issue was cracked solder joint in the latch mechanism.

There are a lot of micro switches. Which one did you replace? It is probably the latch as elgyqc indicated. Mine wasn’t the typical cracked solder joints but the plastic arm taking a set and not engaging the micro switch there enough. Cheap enough part to simply replace.

I replaced the one on the outside door handle. Definitely going to have to dig deeper.

This is an amazing write-up, thank you for putting it together! I think I am going to find a similar issue to yours, I noticed when I opened the door up and was reaching in to try to unplug the microswitch that jostling the wires caused the window to move up and down as if I had pulled on the door handle.

I will go through this and add anything I find to your thread to keep everything together there.
