Damn rotisserie chicken

I am feeling much better today. I drank a lot of gatorade and that seemed to help.

I don't buy the red meat stuff. I only eat red meat...I rarely each vegetables, fruit or grains and have VERY low cholesterol. My flight surgeon says I am in great shape. I think it has to do with body composition and make up.

I eat red meat at every opportunity. I have it for dessert. My cholesterol is about two million, but I take football-sized Lipitors and wash them down with a pork smoothie. Vegetables are for throwing at the visiting team.

Don't forget pork rinds sprinkled on ice cream. I personally like to take bacon drippings and mix it with Buttermilk for a quick pick-me-up.

You're doing it all wrong. Don't they teach you Army guys nothing anymore. YOu coat the ice cream (pure cream ice cream, none of that partial milk ********************) in pork rind crumbs and shavings. YOu then FRY the ice cream in bacon fat. Twice. (Yes FRY. Fried ice cream is out there and it's delicious.) THen down it with buttermilk/whipcream smoothie..
