Broken Axle

Hey guys, I broke the left side axle over the weekend at an event, and I'm having trouble finding a replacement. It's a 5 speed manual, and all I can seem to find are the 6 speed S axles. Anyone have a good source for the manual 5 speed axles? I'd prefer new or refurbished to used, if it's an option.

Same issue here. My CV joint is rattling so it's time to change (98 manual). 986.332.024.03.

Pelican says 986.332.024.56 fits 97 thru 99 and 2000 to 20042 2.7.

But lots of parts suppliers say that 2000+ are different than 97-99s.

Strange.

Anyways, good luck with your search.

Have you checked online to see if there is an axle/CV joint rebuilder near you ? Or in your opinion is it too far gone ?
