Jaykay, I have a three level fusion on my lumbar and the last time I got on a kart they have to 'hoist me out' after the session, sometimes it's better to acknowledge our age (easier to say say than done..) aging really sucks..

Yes, the L2 is a result of the crash. Karting!!!? My back hurts just thinking of that!

Yeah I acknowledge that I am in aging denial.....likely this will go on for a bit until I break something...
