They are no longer just doing emissions readiness and sniff tests - it's a full blown ecu interrogation It's a big enough deal that Honda has gone through the process of getting some of the hondata flashes CARB compliant so that the ricers well have something to work with. I think it's gonna leave a lot of people SOL though (your m3 included most likely)
