mikefocke Registered User Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Sanford NC Posts: 2,590	Nope, it was an "Italian Tuneup" in the '60s as I once explained to a policeman. And he smiled and just said "take it easy". In truth I was 40 over but he was going the other direction and I had slowed to legal before he turned around and caught up to me. Warm everything up and then let the revs climb even if you have to keep it in a lower gear to stay legal.
