Yes, they were sent by courier... to their UPS Store mailbox in Sugar Land TX. And yes, I have all the email correspondence.
I too thought that they were credible, as people on BMW, Porsche, and Miata forums have been buying from them for many years. Not all reviews are positive, but not all people are making fair comparisons between ~$350 DIY covers and OE replacements or big $$ custom jobs.
Although I hope their responsiveness will change, I'm afraid I may need to take you up on your collection offer....
