Tests indicate that 0W oils do not hold up, and there's significant breakdown of viscosity and protection.

Search for replies from JFP in PA...he's got a lot of excellent data and oil analysis to back this up.

Mobil 1 oil quality is not what it used to be either.

Castrol Edge 10W40 is a great oil, and results from oil tests done provides excellent protection.

Edge 5W50 is also fine.

And here we go.
