In your photo the driver is steering into the slide which is normal for me. With the 4 wheel drive on the Subi rally car, you had to turn the wheel into the corner (where you wanted to go), pull on the hand brake and give it the gas so your front wheels would pull you through. Very tricky to get the knack!
