Engine Cowling Bracket Replacement

I inherited a 1997 (first year) Boxster and it has a broken engine cowling bracket. The car is located in Los Cabos, Baja California but I travel to Southern California regularly. I have attached a photo of the broken part.

What is the "official name" for this part and is there a place for me to order a new one online to pickup in California in December?

Thanks

m
