Steering column

Is there any way to adjust the steering column up and down? I am the only driver and would like to give myself a little more knee room. Even if it meant getting under the dash and making adjustments. I understand its not a usual adjustment.

Nope. It can go in and out but not up & down. Typical of any porsche.

The lack of a tilt feature is why I opted for a 986 with a Tiptronic over a manual. My legs are too long to shift without swinging it out wide to clear the bottom of the steering wheel. No complaints, still happy with the decision.
