I have been driving cars since 1966 and I have owned quite a few of them. My 2003 Boxster S was my first Porsche and if I would have listened to everybody saying you have to replace this part and that part I think I would be broke. I'm just like those that say that if it's not broke don't touch it. I also always had my maintenance done at the Porsche dealer here in Ottawa and they never suggested to replace any parts unless they had failed.

I've replaced mine twice, once at about 90k and the other at 170k. Both had little tell tale leaks and I drive mine daily.
